Malfunction at Saylorville Not Likely to Threaten Red Rock, says Corps Manager

Earlier this week, Iowa Governor Chet Culver expressed concerns over flood control at Iowa’s reservoirs, at which time it was also announced that the crest gates at the Saylorville Dam were not functioning correctly.
