David Hoke, President of the Knoxville Education Foundation, tells KNIA KRLS News that the foundation’s “Shooting For The Future” program is seeking donations to raise money for Knoxville’s students. The Foundation is holding a pledge program, where participants pledge a dollar amount for each wrestling pin from the Knoxville wrestling team, or for each three-point basket scored by Knoxville Varsity Boys and Girls players during the 2013-14 season. Money is used to provide scholarships for graduating seniors, technology for students and teachers and other special projects designed to provide education opportunities for students.
