Knoxville was playing Norwalk last night at Ken Locke Stadium, however an unexpected thunderstorm blew through Knoxville and stopped the game for over an hour. Just as the teams were making their way onto the field to resume the game, more lightning flashed in the sky and officials decided to call the game and come back tonight. The game will be resumed tonight at 5:30 with Norwalk leading 6-0 with 6:47 remaining in the first quarter, Knoxville will have the ball first and ten from its own 32 yard line. As strange as the night was for both teams, Knoxville Coach Troy Rider says this give his team a chance to make some adjustments on both sides of the ball. Again, the game will resume tonight at 5:30 at Ken Locke Stadium, and you can hear the play-by-play on AM 1320 KNIA.
