The team from KNIA/KRLS was there with the Little Big Red Radio to judge the twist, hula hoop and bubble gum blowing contests, where winners got tickets to Adventureland, The Henry Doorly Zoo, Blank Park Zoo and the Iowa Cubs.

Alan Roebuck entertained the crowd in Central Park with an Elvis tribute, and a performance by the City Band capped off the evening.

At the Show and Shine, Marion Van Hall of Pella took the People’s Choice award with his 1940 Indian Motorcycle.

Best of Show went to Abe Nunnikhoven of Pella with his beautiful 1959 Ford. Best of the Harley Owners Group went to Jon Alrichs of Monticello, and the winner of the Poker Run was Ron Arends of Brooklyn.
