Pittman wins Front Row Challenge, Larson claims USAC Non-Wing Prelim

After not having the success he had hoped for in the 360 Nationals, Oklahoma driver Daryn Pittman led all 25 laps from his pole starting position and claimed his second career Front Row Challenge at the Southern Iowa Speedway in Oskaloosa last night and a cool $5000.

Kyle Larson Wins USAC Ultimate Challenge at Oskaloosa

19 year old California driver Kyle Larson doesn’t consider himself a non wing driver, but one could easily be fooled as Larson was perfect all night and won the USAC Ultimate Challenge at the Southern Iowa Speedway in Oskaloosa Tuesday night, fresh off his win at last weeks Bellville Midget Nationals.

Bacon Wins Non-Wing Nationals

While he did not have the 360 Nationals that he was expecting, Brady Bacon took the wings off last night in the Second Annual Knoxville Non-Wing Nationals sanctioned by USAC and had the night drivers dream of, was the fastest in time trials, won his heat and dominated the second half of the 26 lap A-Main to get the win.
