Knoxville was 2-4 at the Newton Volleyball Invitational Saturday. The Panthers began the day losing to Dowling Catholic in two games, then to the host Cardinals in two games. Knoxville’s first victory of the day was over Carlisle in two games. In the consolation bracket, Knoxville fell in three games to Boone and lost to Harlan in two games, and met Carlisle for the second time of the season and won in two games. Knoxville’s record is now 10-10 mon the season.
