IN THE PAST TWENTY-FOUR HOURS MARION COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO 14 CALLS FOR SERVICE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THREE PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS, THREE PAPER SERVICE, ONE EACH VEHICLE UNLOCK, FIRE, DOG AT LARGE, HARASSMENT, ASSIST OTHER AGENCY, RECKLESS DRIVER, FOLLOW-UP AND ONE OTHER CALL FOR SERVICE. IN THE PAST TWENTY-FOUR HOURS THE MARION COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE COMMUNICATIONS CENTER FIELDED 72 CALLS INCLUDING 15 911 CALLS.
THE MARION COUNTY JAIL IS CURRENTLY HOLDING 49 SUBJECTS.
