If Knoxville Football has been known for anything the last several seasons, it is the running back position. Former players Tyler Pearson and Grant Grugerich both went over 1,000 yards in a season during their Knoxville playing days. Coach Chris Hudson thinks a couple of this year’s backs have that same capability.
Last year Worrall was the leading rusher with over 700 yards and Hudson says he along with Schrader have worked hard during the summer. He adds for any good running back to succeed there must be a line to block in front of them. Hudson says the line will be inexperienced but has been working hard during the preseason.
