An update on 305 Sprint Car Driver Wayne Redmond who suffered a   non-race related medical condition Saturday night following the 305   A-Main.    According to the Iowa Methodist Medical Clinic,  he is listed in serious condition.  Redmond is from Fort Dodge and had just finished the 305 A where he came in eighth place.
