The PCM girls led after the 1st and 3rd quarters last night and played Roland-Story tough the whole way before falling a little bit short in the end, losing 44-39 to the Heart of Iowa Conference leaders. Taylor Van Roekel led the Mustangs in scoring with 15 points and had a stellar defensive effort in holding the Norse’s leading scorer Maddie Oliver to 9 points. PCM dropped to 10-5 overall and 8-5 in the conference.
