Knoxville went oh-and-four at the Johnston Wrestling Invitational yesterday. The Panthers fell to Johnston 42-to-28…Ballard 72-to-12…A-D-M 48-to-27…and Laport City-Union 45-to-27. James Stittsworth and Cody Baker went three-and-one on the day for the Panthers. Coach Eric Whitcome said the competition was some of the best the guys will see all season and that will get them ready for the Little Hawkeye Conference Meet next Saturday and the postseason. Knoxville hosts the L-H-C meet next week and also will host the class three-A District February 13th.
