Tomorrow night is not just another night of basketball at Knoxville. Tuesday is also the second annual Coaches vs. Cancer night and fans are encouraged to not only come out and see two basketball games between Knoxville and Newton…but also donate to the American Cancer Society. Girls Basketball Coach Jim Utiermarkt estimates that the silent auction has grown to nearly 100 items. All proceeds from the silent auction will go to the American Cancer Society. Also one dollar from each paid admission will be donated to the American Cancer Society. Boys Coach Brad McWilliams says his staff will likely wear the shirt…tie and tennis shoes like the college coaches wear for their Coaches vs. Cancer games.
