A familiar name is returning to the Knoxville square.

Taso’s Steakhouse opens today, in the old Schmaltz Pharmacy building at 2nd and Robinson. In related restaurant news, Deng’s Garden, a new Chinese restaurant will open in the old Taso’s building on the northeast corner of the square, hopefully this month.
