Central College will begin the 2010 spring semester Writers Reading Series Thursday evening with one of their own as the speaker. Central assistant professor of English Josh Dolezal will share literature based on his personal experiences.

“I’ll be reading a selection of poetry and non-fiction about my time as a wilderness ranger in Idaho and Montana, and invite everyone to join us,” said Dolezal.

Dolezal’s work has appeared in a number of publications, including the Hudson Review, and the Gettysburg Review, among others. He will begin his presentation at 7:30 p.m. Thursday night in the Geisler Library Reading Room. The public is invited to attend the event, which is free of charge.
