Lieutenant Governor Patty Judge met with interested community members and 3M employees at their Knoxville plant Thursday morning. The main focus of Judge’s visit was job creation in the state of Iowa and making sure our children have the opportunity to get the best education possible. Judge stated that there are several things that need to be done to create jobs, including investments in businesses, safe modern infrastructure and making sure workers have the necessary skills to meet work demands.
