Twin Cedars and Melcher-Dallas live to play another day as the Sabers jumped all over Moravia last night in the first round of the class 1A girls regional 59-41. The Sabers will not know who they play until Saturday as Lineville-Clio will take on Moulton-Udell. Melcher-Dallas, meanwhile has a much tougher time with Southeast Warren as the Saints defeated the Warhawks 48-38. Melcher-Dallas will now travel to top ranked Martensdale St. Mary’s next Tuesday in a second round game.
