The Knoxville City Council met Monday evening. At the meeting Heather Ussery took an oath of office as the interim City Clerk due to the retirement of Jody Meyer. The board also received an update on a proposed timeline for the Pocket Park Project from designer Harv Sprafka and set a date for March 8th to hold a public hearing for the 2010-2010 city budget.
