The Central women’s and men’s basketball team begin their final stretch of regular season games tonight, as the Dutch travel to Coe College for an Iowa Conference doubleheader. The Central women are 2-21 on the season and 1-13 in Iowa Conference play, and are facing a Kohawk team that is second in the league standings at 11-3 and edged the Dutch 69-63 in Pella earlier this season.

The Central men have wrapped-up the Iowa Conference title already, but are looking to stack another win onto a 19-4 overall mark and 12-2 record against conference opponents. The Kohawk men are at the opposite end of the spectrum, at just 4-19 overall and 2-12 in the Iowa Conference. The Dutch defeated Coe 62-50 at Kuyper Gymnasium on January 9th. The doubleheader tips off with the women’s game at 6:00 p.m., followed by the men at 8:00 p.m. in Cedar Rapids.
