Pella had a strong night at the plate with seven hits led by Whitney Williams who went 3-4 with a double. Mackenzie Anthony and Whitney Pavlat each had an RBI. Demeulenaere, Taylor Veenstra, and freshman Bri Arkema each had one hit for the Lady Dutch, however the defense committed three errors and coach Krista Demeulenaere says that needs to improve.

Pella is off today and will travel to the Centerville tournament tomorrow where they will start the day facing number one ranked Carlisle at 10am, then Centerville at noon and Moravia at 2pm. The Lady Dutch start LHC play Tuesday when they host Oskaloosa.
