Many of the same teams that Twin Cedars has played in district action are in the district again for the next two years. The old standbys Tri-County, Harmony, Seymour, Moravia, and arch-rival Melcher-Dallas. However two new teams enter the schedule this season for the Sabers. Grandview Park Baptist, which is not brand new to Twin Cedars as the Sabers have played the Defenders in non-district action in the past. The mystery squad for Twin Cedars and the rest of the district is the Meskawki Settlement School in Tama. Coach Jared Jensen says none of the teams look really dominate in the fact that no one will run away and hide. He hopes to be right at the top with his team. Twin Cedars opens play August 27th at home against Murray.
