With the exception of the sprint car races the annual Knoxville Nationals parade is often referred to as the centerpiece of the week’s activities. This year’s parade will be bigger and better than ever as over 200 entries are registered to take part in the event. Past winners and queens from the 50 year history of the Knoxville Nationals are included in the list of entrants along with a team of “green rally” cars, political candidates and much more. The parade will make a large loop through downtown Knoxville beginning at 10am.
