During early September, Caldwell Park underwent a makeover to give children an updated play structure. Last week the park reopened and Pella Administrative Services Director Jenny Hesseltine says that all week kids have enjoyed the nice weather and new playground equipment. Hesseltine says she credits the many volunteers that came out to help the renovation at Caldwell Park. The citizens of Pella that helped out, dug post holes and even helped put the structure together on September 11th.
