The Knoxville High School bands will present their annual Christmas Concert tomorrow afternoon. The concert band will perform selections such as “Christmas in Poland” and “Russian Christmas Music” and the jazz band will perform several selections including the very recognizable “Charlie Brown Christmas”. Band Director Ross Leeper says they have been rehearsing for the concert since the marching band season ended in late October.
After receiving a lot of support from the community this fall Leeper says he hopes residents will come support the band’s latest efforts. He says his is proud of the work his students have put in to prepare for the concert and thinks this would be a great way for the community to spend their Sunday afternoon.
The concert will take place at 2pm tomorrow in the High School Gymnasium and is free and open to the public.
