The Pella Lady Dutch continued their early season success with a win over Norwalk Tuesday night, 55 to 47. Norwalk gave Pella all they could handle from the tip, right down to the end; living and dying by the three pointer.
Again, Pella did a terrific job on the glass both on the offensive and defensive end. In the end, two timely three-pointers by Lindsay Bentzinger and Katie Sunderman, along with clutch free throws from Makenzie Vander Molen clinched it for the Lady Dutch.
Vander Molen and forward Kelsey Fynaardt led the way for Pella with 14 points apiece, while Regan Cooper added 12.
Pella wins their third straight and moves to 3 and 1 on the season. Their next contest is Tuesday at Newton.
