Arraignment is scheduled at 9:30 Friday morning in Marion County District Court for Joshua West. The Ottumwa man was the driver in a high-speed pursuit last month that involved the Knoxville Police Department and Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies. Arraignment had been originally scheduled for last week, before being moved to this Friday. West is facing a number of charges, including possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, Felony Eluding a Police Officer, and OWI 2nd.
