The sixth annual KNIA/KRLS Breast Cancer Save A Life Radiothon begins today. This evening from 4-8, the KNIA/KRLS Big Red Radio will be broadcasting live from Knoxville Hospital and Clinics. The goal of the radiothon is to encourage women to sign up for their annual mammogram. Cindy Crozier, with Knoxville Hospital & Clinics, says the public is invited to come to the Knoxville Hospital Lobby during that time. The hospital will be giving tours of their new digital mammography, which Crozier says offers more efficient service to patients. The radiothon will continue Thursday at Pella Regional Health Center.
