[simage=4684,200,y,left] A new trial date has been set for Gregory Griffith. The 24-year-old Bussey man is set to go to trial again on April 10th in Marion County District Court. He’s charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. Griffith’s first trial ended in a hung jury last year. It lasted about a week, and the jury deliberated for an additional week before deciding a verdict couldn’t be reached. Griffith was arrested in 2010 after the vehicle he was in was found to have materials used to make meth in it. Griffith says he had nothing to do with buying the materials. If convicted, he faces up to 25 years in prison.
