Betty Moll is the Central Point of Coordination in Marion County. She works as the single entry point for mental health consumers. This includes things such as counseling, therapy, and people with an intellectual disability. Moll says the plan to consolidate mental health programs leaves a lot of unanswered questions. She notes many people that are consumers of mental programs don’t have drivers’ licenses or may not be able to afford driving an hour or more away to access their needs. Moll says she’s afraid people in that situation may fall through the cracks of the system.
