Knoxville Veteran Alliance Managing Member James Washington tells KNIA/KRLS News the Enhanced Use Lease between the Knoxville Veteran Alliance and the Department of Veterans Affairs has been signed, effective December 27th, 2011. Washington says he’s pleased to make a significant step in the right direction. He remains overwhelmingly optimistic to the fact that future redevelopment at the VA Campus will be one of economic growth and prosperity for the entire community of Knoxville.
