The Knoxville basketball squads for the second straight home game have some extra motivation as the Athletic Hall of Fame inductions will take place in between the girls and boys games with Grinnell tonight. For the girls, it is an opportunity to put back-to-back wins together for the first time this season. Coach Jim Utiermarkt says the girls have got to avoid the dreaded “dead point” when they go for a quarter or more without scoring. For the boys, the Panthers will have a hard task against the Little Hawkeye Conference leader who beat the Panthers by 41 points back in December.
