IN THE PAST TWENTY FOUR HOURS THE MARION COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE received NINTY TWO PHONE CALLS and FOURTEEN 911 CALLS.

IN THE PAST TWENTY FOUR HOURS THE MARION COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO NINETEEN CALLS FOR SERVICE, including but not limited to PAPER SERVICE ATTEMPTS, THREE INTOXICATED SUBJECTS, TWO REPORTS OF LIVESTOCK IN THE ROADWAY, TWO REPORTS OF STRAY DOGS, ONE REPORT OF A SUSPICIOUS PERSON, ONE REPORT OF A SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE, ONE CIVIL ISSUE, ONE MOTORIST ASSIST, ONE VEHICLE UNLOCK, ONE REQUEST FOR TRAFFIC CONTROL, ONE REPORT OF HARASSMENT, and ONE PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT.

THE MARION COUNTY JAIL IS CURRENTLY HOLDING THIRTY FIVE SUBJECTS.

IN THE PAST TWENTY FOUR HOURS SEVEN SUBJECTS WERE BOOKED INTO THE MARION COUNTY JAIL;
Brian Jack Brown is charged with operating while intoxicated.
Christopher Riley Alexander is charged with possession of alcohol underage and interference with official acts.
Michael Gene Feaker is charged with driving while suspended and operating while intoxicated.
Brittany Irene Saar is charged with public intoxication.
Morgan Demitri Wilkerson is charged with public intoxication and possession of contraband.
Robert David McCuen is charged with public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia, and simple assault.
Nathan Lee Hazelwood is charged with public intoxication.

AS WITH ANY CRIMINAL CASE, A CHARGE IS MERELY AN ACCUSATION AND A DEFENDANT IS PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL AND UNLESS PROVEN GUILTY
