Parents and students in Pleasantville have a new tool at their disposal as the school year gets underway. The school district recently unveiled a revamped website. Superintendent Bob Miller says they want grow as a school district. For many families, schools are a key factor in where they move. The internet is among the first places they’ll look for information on a school district.

The site is much easier for staff to use, meaning teachers will be able to update grades and get information out in a quicker fashion. Parents, too, will be able to access information about their child’s progress and grades as the school year goes along. That means they can become more involved in their child’s education. Miller says parents should continue to check the site as information for parents and students will be posted frequently.
