Rodney Ruffridge of Otley was charged with 2 counts of distributing methamphetamine and one count of possession of a controlled substance earlier this year. Two of those charges have been dropped. The felony charges of distribution of methamphetamine were dropped, and Ruffridge plead guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance, which is a misdemeanor.
