The Pleasantville boys’ basketball team got back on track, while the girls struggled to get any offense going in their contest, as the two teams split the doubleheader against Central-Decatur on Tuesday. The Trojans’ boys prevailed 70 – 39, getting their offense back on the right foot after scoring just over 40 in their previous game. Dylan Lauer led the way with 22 points, Trevor Zoss contributed 19, and Josh Luna threw in 12. Meanwhile, it was another rough night for Pleasantville girls’ basketball, as they dropped their contest, 65 – 18. The Pleasantville boys are now 7 – 2 while the girls drop to 0 – 10, and they’ll next make the long road trip to Corning for another game on Friday.
