The 10th anniversary of Knoxville’s High School Hall of Fame inductions will be held Friday. Joe Cunningham says it’s a time to remember the great athletic history at Knoxville Schools. Four alumni will be inducted this week – Joel Tonda, noted for his boys tennis coaching career; Jim Schall, class of 1945, as a track and field standout; Lisa Moats-Crossett, class of 1982, for her outstanding track and field career; and Sean Mason, class of 1991, as a four-sport standout, and who holds several passing records for the Knoxville Panthers football team.

Tickets for the noon luncheon at the Sprint Car Hall of Fame and Museum are $16, and are available through Thursday at Iowa State Savings Bank. No tickets will be sold at the door for the luncheon.
