Three Knoxville men have been arrested for theft after hundreds of pallets went missing from a pair of Albia businesses.
The Albia Police Department arrested 21-year-old Austin Rominger, 31-year-old Jeremy McClain, and 52-year-old Charles Mason for 2nd Degree Theft.
The arrests came as a result of an investigation into the theft of 220 pallets at an Albia business Monday night. During a routine business check, police caught Rominger and McClain attempting to steal pallets from another Albia business Tuesday. That led to the arrest of Mason on a warrant Wednesday.
McClain is also facing drug possession charges.
A warrant is out for a fourth suspect in the case, which remains under investigation.
