Pella Police Chief Robert Bokinsky was working as a commander at the Ocean City police force on the day of the terror attacks 13 years ago.
He says he knew people who worked at the Pentagon, and was born just 15 minutes away and had family living just miles away where Flight 93 went down in Pennsylvania. He says the attacks changed the way that law enforcement operated in the following weeks. We have more with Bokinsky about the impact of 9/11 on law enforcement and his memories of the day on Let’s Talk Pella.
