A Pella man has entered his plea for felony charges in relation to a string of arrests in 2014.
Justin Dean Vermeer has pled guilty to two counts of control of a firearm by a felon, class D felonies, in relation to a December arrest and two charges of forgery from an August incident. A Marion County District Court judge dismissed the rest of the charges he faced from last year’s arrests, including felony burglary, theft, and ongoing criminal conduct as a part of the plea agreement.
