Although supplemental state aid has yet to be approved by the Iowa Legislature, District 28 State Representative Greg Heartsill says they’re still working on other ways to help release some of the budget constraints on school districts.

Heartsill says they’ve recently passed bills to expand the use of PPEL, At-Risk Student, and Management Levy funds.
