The Knoxville City Council has approved bond issues totaling $4.5 million to be placed on the November ballot for a pair of city projects.
Knoxville City Manager Harold Stewart says the issues deal with expansion projects for the Knoxville Rec Center and the Knoxville Public Library. He says the city will allow the voters to decide if these projects should be accomplished.
Stewart says information on both projects is available at the city’s website, under the 2015 Bond Information link.
