Knoxville City Council will decide if they want Assistant City Manager Aaron Adams to fill-in as interim city manager during their meeting Monday.

City Manager Harold Stewart gave his resignation earlier this month. Should the council decide to have Adams as their interim city manager, it will take effect the end of August, when Stewart officially leaves for his new job in Warrensburg, MO.

The Knoxville City Council will meet at City Hall beginning at 6:15pm and can be heard on AM 1320 and FM 95.3 KNIA.
