It was indeed a learning experience for the Twin Cedars volleyball team last night, beginning the season with a three-set loss to Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont. The Sabers fell 3 – 25, 6 – 25, and 10 – 25. Coach Alexis Kauzlarich tells KNIA/KRLS Sports her team kept getting better as the match went on, and hopes they’re able to execute cleaner passes going into tonight’s game with Seymour. The 1 – 0 Sabers will host the Warriors starting with the JV game at 5:30 p.m.
