Central College will be holding the all-Iowa food day at their main dining center today.

In past events, the menu for lunch featured all Iowa ingredients, including meat, dairy, and produce. This year, Central students and guests will have the opportunity to interact with local farmers who helped grow and raise their food. There will also be a salsa making demonstration. The all-Iowa food day takes place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Central market.
