A Kellogg man was arrested early Sunday morning following an incident at a downtown Pella apartment.

Joshua D Sharp, 25, is charged with willful injury – causing serious injury, a class C felony, 3rd degree burglary, a class D felony and violation of a no contact order.

According to court records, Sharp entered the apartment of a female without permission at approximately 1 a.m. Upon entering, police say Sharp assaulted another occupant, chipping two of the man’s teeth.

Sharp pled not guilty to the no contact order violation while in jail, and awaits his initial appearance for the felony charges scheduled on Friday, January 8th.
