The Pleasantville Trojan Girls will compete against a familiar Pride of Iowa Conference opponent in the first round of regional postseason competition later tonight.

The Trojans have split the season series, both teams winning on the road, winning the earlier matchup 50-43 but falling three weeks ago 37-33. The matchup bodes well for the Trojans, not only do they have experience winning on the road in Martensdale, but the game will come full circle for Trojan seniors Bailey Oliva and Kylee Stecker who faced the Blue Devils as freshman in their first ever postseason game at the varsity level. Coach Aaron Fichter tells KNIAKRLS sports that he thinks it will be a fun game because of that connection the girls have. The game will be broadcast live on KNIAKRLS.com via the KNIA3 stream, coverage will begin at 6:40, tipoff is scheduled for 7.
