 On 02/14/16, Andrew D. VanderBroek, 23, of Pella was charged with eluding, operating while intoxicated and open container. VanderBroek was incarcerated for the night.

 On 02/14/16, Lyle A. Riggs Jr., 19, of Harvey was charged with driving while suspended. Riggs was cited and released with a court date.

 On 02/15/16, Sarah M. Reed, 24, of Lincoln, NE was charged with driving under the influence. Reed was cited and released with a court date.

 On 02/16/16, Jeremy D. Raymond, 38, of Ottumwa was charged with theft 4th degree. Raymond was cited and released with a court date.

 On 02/19/16, Alex D. Lemons, 29, of Newton was charged with driving while suspended. Lemons was cited and released with a court date.
