The Knoxville Community Easter Egg Hunt will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 26 at the corner of Madison and Lincoln Streets for children 1 – 12 years of age.
The Easter Egg Hunt is sponsored by the Knoxville Noon Kiwanis. Their goal is to stuff 14,000 eggs for the event. Dave Garcia with Noon Kiwanis says they have been assisting with the event for several years. Gracia wants to thank all of the people who help make the event possible by donating plastic eggs, candy and funding. 300 to 400 children participate in the event annually. Gracia adds that community feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
