The PCM girls golf team emerged with a win in their opening meet of the season last night with a first place finish, a full 55 strokes ahead of second place Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont 213-268.
Breanna Maher was the meet medalist with a round of 46, followed closely by Madeline Mitchell with a 55. On the boys side the Mustangs also cleaned up their meet, with a 31 stroke victory over the Rockets of EBF 161-192. Reid Jenkins lead the way with a 9 hole round of 36, with Noah Lanphier shooting a 41, and Dayton Boell and Ryan Hill both shooting 42. The girls will next hit the links on April 11th at home, and the boys will golf on Friday at Pella.
