Two competition groups from the Tresa Mott School Of Dance in Knoxville have qualified for world competition.

Two Novice Small Groups from the school placed 1st in their categories, Hip-Hop and Lyrical, in the NEXSTAR event at Hy-Vee Hall in Des Moines. Natalie Job, a coach for the dancers says all of the school’s routines were selected for the national contest. The World Dance Championship will be held in Secaucus, New Jersey August 2. The two routines qualifying for Worlds were:

Jr. Competition Group includes: Harper Chambers, Anna Fay, Laney
Minard, Paige Johnson, Madi Suhr, Hayden Hudson, and Halle Gilchrist.

Teen Competition Group includes: Claire Fay, Jayette Carter, Caroline
Woodle, Jordan Salato, Kaydi Rankin, Madelyn Kingery, Madalynn
Liston, Kacie Clark, and Erica Blankenship.
