The first charity has been chosen by a new organization aiming to pool resources for local causes.

The Red Rock Area’s 100 Men on a Mission chapter will send a check to Backpack Buddies in Knoxville. More than 20 people attended the first meeting, and the group estimates they raised between $2000 and $2500 for the charity.

This organization was formed by many who aimed to bring men together in the Red Rock Area to make an impact on local charities, organizations and causes. Their next meeting is scheduled at Cobblestone Hotel at a date to be determined.
